Viewing Presentations in a Community

 

Presentations of interest to the community are available in two places:

 

Go to the Community Overview tab, and click on the Presentation title to browse the presentation.

Go to the Community Presentations tab where additional presentation options are available, including ratings and links to the presenter's profile, comments/questions, Custom PPT options, and Related Resources.

The presentation information block allows you to navigate the presentation in a variety of ways.

 

Click the Presentation Title to navigate to the Presentation page.
Click the stars to rate the Presentation.
Click Presenter Names to access their Profile pages.
Custom PPT indicates that Custom PPT assets are available for the presentation.
Click Comments/Questions to view or add a comment or question.
Click Related Resources to go directly to the Related Resources tab on the Presentation page.
Click the Course title to view all presentations within the course.

Sharing Presentations with a Community

 

Community Contributors have permissions to share their own presentations with their communities.

 

To share a presentation with a community:

 

1.Go to your presentation.

 

2.Select the Tools tab.

 

3.Select the communities with which you choose to share your presentations. You can select as many communities as you wish.

4.Save changes.
