Using NewsGator for Windows

NewsGator is an RSS aggregator that integrates with Outlook. Once installed, items from your subscription feed will be delivered directly to your Outlook email client.

Download and install NewsGator from http://www.newsgator.com/Individuals/NewsGatorInbox/.

Once the Wizard is complete, you can begin managing subscriptions in Outlook. Click on an RSS icon to open the selected feed in a new browser window and copy the feed url from the address location. Or right click on the RSS icon to copy the url.

Each time a piece of content is added to the portal for the technology you've subscribed to, an email will be sent to Outlook showing all the new content available. An example of this is shown below:

Now, click on the RSS feed URL in the email and go straight to the presentation.
