Accessing My Bookmarks

You can access My Bookmarks two ways:

1.	By clicking My Bookmarks under the My vPortal Menu:

2.	By clicking on My Bookmarks in the title bar of the bookmarks gadget:

Managing Bookmarks

From the My Bookmarks page, you can view, launch, and delete bookmarks. To launch content from a bookmark, click on the presentation title, topic title, or transcript segment. All presentation assets are also available on this page.

Export Bookmarks

To export all of your bookmarks into a reusable html page:

1.	From the Bookmarks page within the portal, click the Export Bookmarks box on the top right of the page.

2.	A web page containing direct links to each of your saved bookmarks will appear in a new window.

3.	In the file menu, select 'save as'.

4.	Save the page locally on your hard drive.

The page may be used as a stand alone web page for reference, or the links may be incorporated into another page. The links generated will launch content at the presentation, topic, or transcript level.
